How do I map ^ADV & ^DECL with interactive brokers symbol ?

Interactive Brokers has advance issue and decline as : AD-NYSE.

How can i create a custom instrument in Ninjatrader 8 to map the bid price to (advance) and the ask price to(decline)?

This symbol is already configured in NinjaTrader as "ADD".

Does Interactive Brokers have individual instruments available that are effectively ADV and DECL? If so, we can look into the instruments properties in Trader Workstation then attempt to map it to NinjaTrader. If Trader Workstation does not have comparable instruments, then this custom mapping you're wanting would not be possible.
