Break at EOD

I read about the Break EOD in the strategy settings and I think I understand it. This didn't exist in NT7 and I believe it's relevant for the strategy behaviour.

So, for the strategy to behave exactly in the same manner in NT7 and NT8, must this setting be checked or not?

Since NT7 and NT8 process backtesting differently it is unlikely that any results will be "exactly" the same. The "Break at EOD" property can impact the way price is analyzed during the end of a trading session, and can therefore affect the way your strategy is calculated. That being said, your NT8 strategy would produce the most similar results if you leave "Break at EOD" unchecked.
