    New Funded acct: Continuum unspecified login error

    I followed the NT8 connection instructions for a Continuum connection. Upon restart, I received the following message: unspecified login error (login failed). This is a second account accessing Continuum via on platform but the other connection is disconnected. Any thoughts?

    I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20180201.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

      Brokerage support has picked up the inquiry and will place both of my accounts under one login for me. Thank you for responding sir.
