Freeze left side of chart?

Hi

Is it possible to freeze the 'X' position of the left side of chart so for example, I can always see back to 09:30 whenever I'm looking at my chart? As the day progresses, and more data is added to the right hand side, of course the chart would gradually shrink in size and become smaller as it fills out.
