Strategy Auto-Disable

My strategy is auto disabling in this last two days its disabling withouth i doing anything.
I had to activate again manually.
Does someone know how to fix this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Ninjatrader forums!

Typically when a strategy disables itself it has encountered an unexpected run time condition. The first step to solving is to always check the "log" tab of the control center. If a strategy is disabled due to an error condition it will usually be noted there.

Hello,
I saw the log and it said that i lost connection with my broker. But with this i now have another doubt. Whydoes my strategies didnt enable automaticaly?
I will send my log with the start with the error and me enable manually

Please email these to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com.
In the email, please include a link to this forum thread.

Also, as a tip, to send the log and trace files with the email:

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the two compressed folders as attachments to this email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
