It is not extending as it used to. Before, as I would anchor my three points, it would extend across the chart and expand. Now it just turns into a stationary box that moves around with my cursor but does not expand. I have tried restoring the tool and even re-installing NT8. How can I completely reset it?

Thank you for your post.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email- Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com Attn: Dennis Platform Support Request 2100166
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
