Market Replay Loading Error

I'm experiencing a market replay error anytime I try to download data for ES 12-18, for any date. I've already downloaded the entire month of October(2018) a few weeks ago but now it won't let me download anything after, not even data from last month. The error states "there is no market replay data available for this instrument/date". I've tried rebooting my laptop, closing the app and checking my internet connection and nothing has fixed the issue. Any advice?

Can you provide a specific day that you cannot download ES 12-18 data so I may test this on my end?

I originally tried 11/1/2018, then a few dates in december and then 3/1/2019 to verify that the requested data just wasnt too old but the same error popped up.

Thanks for the note.

Market replay data is only available for the past 90 days, so any November data would not be expected to be available. Can you confirm exactly which dates are not available in December?

For 3/1/2019 this data would be available for the 03-19 contract, but not the 12-18 contract as it is expired. Can you download 03-19 market replay data for 3/1/2019?
