NT8 crash

Good afternoon. Was running NT8 this morning and it crashed. Tried reloading it and the custom Ninjascripts I had loaded didn't reload. I tried re-installing them and when I go to add them to a chart they are available to add but don't show up on the chart. I spoke to the developer and was told to remove them by doing so through the Control Panel. When I do that I get a window pop-up telling me that I can't remove these custom scripts- they need to be recompiled before I can remove them. I also tried removing the current workspace and creating a new workspace but the same thing happens.

I am using the latest version of NT8.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a message 'ATTN SERGEY'.

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
