Live data feed from Continuum for Brent Crude does not update for NT7 & NT8

I run both NT7 and NT8 with NinjaTrader Broker on two accounts with data feed from Continuum. The live data feed from Continuum for Brent Crude does not update for NT7 (BRN 05-19) and NT8 (BZ 05-19). All other symbols update fine (14 other symbols including CL). CPU usage is 2% each for NT7 & NT8. Closing and reopening does not help. If I switch symbols to something else it is fine and when I switch back to Brent it gives a correct current time value for Brent but does not update that value. NT8 SuperDOM is fine but NT7 does not work.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
