Custom Hotkeys Created, But Not Working

Dear Ninja Tech Support Staff,

I created hotkeys to perform custom order actions and was able to successfully record the keyboard actions.

The usual "Hotkeys are active when modal screen is in focus" message popped up when I ok-ayed out that dialog box.

When I clicked to the demo chart I wanted to perform these hotkey actions on, no order entry actions appeared when the market was live.

Could you please help?

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20180128.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
