Market Reply - Cant get working

Hi there,
I am new to Ninja, I had my market reply working & linked to data in Ninja 7 but it stopped working. Iv downloaded Ninja 8 & still having the same problem.
The data seems to be there ( in Historical data & database ).
I create a new chart, select Futures - 6E) Fill in value, load 10 days. The chart loads but nothing actually comes up for minute, second, range etc - unless I select daily.

Any guidance much appreciated Thankyou!
