Forex.com connection

Hi,

I have a lifetime licence, recently opened a demo CFD account with forex.com. I set up the connection in NT8. It connects (goes green), I can see the account demo account value. But none of the forex charts seem to be getting updated. I created a market analyser, added all forex pairs, all number columns coming up blank with no update. Then as a final check, I opened up a new chart for the EURUSD forex pair. placed a buy market order and getting this error message; unable to find market id for EURUSD, make sure you have a market data subscription for this instrument. Could you please let me know where I'm going wrong?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2088180" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
