New NT8 8.0.17.2 .php update.Recommended program to run it ?

I noticed the new NT8 update is now downloading as a .php file. Because of the amount of dodgy programs out there is there a recommended program to download to run php files on w10, as w10 as per usual just looks at this file and shrugs. I realise ms set the bar extremely low for everyone following, but if you are going to change the system then notification and instructions on how to run the php file could have also been added to the news sticky.

I am unable to see the same on my end. When I download the latest update, it downloads as a .msi file as expected. Does this occur from our website's download page each time on your end?

Hi Chris
All links including the News link, Control Center and your link downloaded as a .php file on Firefox. I tried another browser and all links are downloading correctly as an .msi file so problem solved. I have never had that problem with Firefox downloading updates before. Thanks.
