Unable to Locate or Copy Commission Templates

Hey Everyone, has anyone else run into this error message when installing the new update? This is my first time doing updates on this platform and now I can't get it to open up at all. I don't want to lose my workspace so I'm worried about uninstalling the software. Any tips?

I suspect there is an issue in the path of your installation. For example, you original chose to install NinjaTrader on your C drive, but when running the installer this time, selected a different drive (this may not be exactly what occurred, but is an example).

Since there is no way to tell the exact root cause without looking at your NinjaTrader files and logs, please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with your log and trace files. Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to Documents > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• In the subject/body of the email, include '2087327 ATTN Patrick G' and a link to this forum thread.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
