    Timestamps off by 3 hours for a single insturment

    This seems to be related to my having upgraded to the latest version of NT8 yesterday, For ES 03-19 and only ES 03-19 my timestamps and chart are off by three hours. it is as if I were in the pacific time zone as opposed to eastern where I am. My time zone is set correctly in general options and the trading hours template id set for Chicago time.

    Any Ideas or suggestions?

    Thank you for the post.

    Please first confirm your PC time is in sync with internet time. You can check by clicking on your clock at the bottom right of your main window and comparing the seconds to this publicly available site:

    The National Institute of Standards and Technology - Time and Frequency Division maintains the standard for frequency and time interval for the United States, provides official time to the United States, and carries out a broad program of research and service activities in time and frequency metrology.


    Once you have confirmed this and you still get the issue, please take these steps to reset the historical data in your platform:
    • Close out of NinjaTrader completely.
    • Navigate to ..\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db
    • Delete the following folders:
      • cache
      • day
      • minute
      • tick
    • Restart NinjaTrader and test again.

      I did all that and the problem still persists and again only with ES 03-19. All other futures and equities are normal.

        Thank you for your reply.

        Please send me your log and trace files so that I may search for any relevant error messages generated by NT.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
