That is just my thought. Most of the base programmings of indicators and strategies share the same methods. Probably these should be all merged into department named "Programming Help" (which will include either addon, indicator or strategy. For those, when someone opens a topic, he should choose which LABEL he will use for this topic).
also, in most cases, when question related to shared method/implementation, there should be a label "generic", not either addon, indicator or strategy. For example, questions like: "How to print current bar number" or etc, is not realted to only indicator, strategy or addon.
