Difference between FXCM and NINJATRADER FXCM

what are the broker connections, which are prefixed with NinjaTrader and without it (FXCM, CONTINUUM, RITHMIC..>)? what is the difference between them?

I have a FOREX.com account "feed" and for a few days I overlapped with the NinjaTraderFXCM feed. The difference in my experience was only the spread size. Bigger. But expected and near the numbers they post on their site.
