Many Issues with NT8 All Week Long.

Here's all the issues I've had in the past 12 days with NT8 Version 8.0.17.1

1. Freezes up for no reason. have to end task to make it work again. (About every 15- 20 minutes)
2. Freezes up after installing indicators, have to end task. (This has never happened before)
3. The Playback box for historical data vanishes. Have to restart the program to get it back. (No, it's not behind any of the charts)
4. Ninja Trader closed by itself 2 times. Which made me lose my saved work space. (Had to restore it)
5. Playback connection disconnects by itself.
6. Data not showing on control panel for Playback (Already put a ticket in for this one)

This kinda kills my motivation to buy the program. Why so many issues?

Include ticket number 2079912 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
