Updating NT install not working

Hi, I can't get past go with updating my NT 8 install. I went to https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect entered my license # and downloaded the NinjaTrader.Install.msi file. However, when I run the .msi file I get the error message "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

At this point I've spent over 30 minutes trying different browsers and googling various things to troubleshoot, and nothing is working. Please advise, thanks.

This download error appears to be affecting some users but not others. We're working on finding the root issue now. I'll edit this post when I have more information.

Thanks for letting me know Patrick, that's actually 'good' news I suppose, in the sense that it's not just me. I will stay tuned for futures updates.

This has been resolved. Please delete the installer you downloaded previously then download the installer again.
