VMA indicator compared to VIDYA indicator,

Hi,

I am playing around with the settings of the VMA.

Even thou the VMA indicator is close to the VIDYA indicator, its not the same.

i am also finding that inputting the parameters period into the indicator settings is not enough. you have to play around with the volatility period as well.

Do you have a question about the VMA? I am unfamiliar with the VIDYA indicator. Is this an indicator from another platform, or a custom indicator you've imported into NinjaTrader?
