I have been trying to use NT 8 with iqfeed as my primary data feed. NT 8 has no problem getting US equity and futures data from iqfeed, but it couldn't get any data on Canadian stocks. I've tried solutions mentioned in other posts including update database and install required iqfeed client software etc. none of them is solving the issue and I keep getting blank chart for Canadian stocks. Do any of you has any suggestion? Thanks in advance

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20180118.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
