Connecting multiple brokers.

Hi,

Newbie here.

Was wondering if I could connect my live interactive Brokers account to Ninja trader 8 and my live FXCM account.

I want to trade stock using my IB account and trade FX on my FXCM account using one platform NT8.

If this is possible, could someone please give me the information i need to make it happen without issues.


I have setup both connects in NT8.

Thank you for your post.


You can connect to both Interactive Brokers and FXCM within NinjaTrader 8.

Interactive Brokers would be supported for Stocks and FXCM would be supported for Forex trading.

Hello mkaraa,

You can connect to Interactive Brokers in NinjaTrader using TWS or Gateway. You can find the different connection instructions at the Interactive Brokers connection guide at the link below.

IB Gateway is a lightweight interface - it does not provide an interface to manage orders, while TWS does.
