Am having a hard time ending the Path with double left click ....rarely works after many attempts....snap mode set to disable....Originally posted by NinjaTrader_Dennis View PostHello,

I cannot cause the double-click to end the path tool to fail after dozens of attempts. Can you go into further detail about exactly what steps you're taking? Can you recreate the double-click failure on a new chart in a blank workspace?
Also, your attachment seems broken. Were you attempting to attach a screenshot?
What about in safe mode?
So we can further diagnose your system, please start NinjaTrader in Safe Mode.
Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:- Loading workspaces.
- Connecting on start-up.
- Loading custom assemblies.
- Getting instrument updates from the server.
- Exit NinjaTrader.
- Hold the CONTROL key and double click the NinjaTrader icon.
- Keep the CONTROL key held down until you see the Control Center.
- You can verify you are in safe mode by going to Help -> About.

Hi Patrick...just tried safe mode...same results ...double left click still not working....

Your screenshots are still not coming through correctly when you attempt to attach them to the forums. Since I am unable to reproduce your symptom, I'd suggest that you contact us via email so we can learn more about your NinjaTrader and your PC to troubleshoot further. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.- You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
- Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
