Volumetric Bars

Hello,
I need explanation regarding the Volumetric Bars. Where is the difference between Volume and Trades and
how to understand Min.delta and Max.delta?

Here are the definitions from the help guide:

• Trades - The total number of trades in the bar
• Volume - The volume for the bar
• Min delta - The minimum delta seen in the bar (intrabar). This could be positive as well, i.e. a strong up bar with no selling pressure
• Max delta - The maximum delta seen in the bar (intrabar). This could be negative as well, i.e. a strong down bar with no buying pressure

Hello Patrick,
I understand the definition of max and min delta,
but I do not understand how the numbers are calculated.
Where do the numbers come from?

In this context, Delta = volume. So max/min delta are displaying the highest/lowest volume for that bar. The link below to the overview section of the help guide goes into further detail about delta on volumetric bars in general:
