Chart data and indicator issues

what the f*** happened just now with your connection to Interactive Brokers??? I completely lost control, charting, access, everything!

Now the charts are completely messed up after restarting everything inc IB several times.

You just cost me $300.

Yeah and for some random reason, all the indicators on my AAPL chart and TSLA chart have completely disappeared and when I am trying to laboriously put them all back on, all the default settings have been lost.

Exactly wtf is going on??

It's not possible for us to change something on your PC's installation of NinjaTrader or Interactive Brokers. We'll need some additional information to find out why you're experiencing these symptoms.

From your screenshots, it appears that there is missing and/or corrupted historical data. Also, if you're using a current version of NinjaTrader, I suspect we'll be able to use the restore workspaces feature to get everything back to the settings you expect to have.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
