DOM working real-time but charts not updating

Hi, I am running 8.0.16.3 64-bit and the DOM is updating real-time but the charts are not. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I updated to the latest version and still same behavior. Took almost 5 minutes to connect as well.

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20190129.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
