Reload All Historical Data not seeming to work

Hello. I had a temporary lapse with the signal from my internet provider. When the signal was restored I was missing approximately 10 minutes of data.
I right clicked the chart and the menu appeared. I left clicked Reload All Historical Data. Nothing happened.
My data feed is Ninja Continuum. TIA

Thanks for posting.


As a test, please try the following:

• Shut down NinjaTrader.
• Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > DB folder. Delete the sub-folder named "cache".
• Finally, restart NinjaTrader, reconnect to your data source and reload data for these market internals.

Drew. I followed the instructions. Attempted to reload the data, but it does not appear to be working.
In NT7, when I reload all historical data, my charts would go blank, then the data re-appeared.
In NT8, the data on the charts does not go blank and re-appear. The charts are unchanged.

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20190129.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
