Pitchfork reverting back to default

Hi

I have recently switched to Ninjatrader 8 but am having trouble with the Pitchfork Channels. At some point during most days the levels disappear and when I restart the program they return but in the default formatting while the anchor and the retracement remains as set. (picture attached of random pitchforks).

I have tried to delete the default template but the problem (although less frequent) remains.

Is there perhaps something I am missing?

Thank you for your note.

Have you changed intervals or instruments at all on the chart?

What happens if you overwrite the default template? You can do this by double left clicking on the drawing object and then selecting template > Save as "Default".

Thanks for your quick reply.

I have overwritten the default template but that seemed to make it worse and it kept on going back to the original default on its own.

Time intervals have not been changed but many pitchforks are attached to all charts.

Thank you for the reply.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
