License Key Issue

I have a request.
Could you kindly reactivate my live license key account?

The reason for my asking is because,
<Old Computer>
(0) Exported NT8 Back Up File from old computer (including configuration)

<New Computer>
(1) I recently bought a new computer
(2) Installed NT8
(3) Imported Back Up File (including configuration)
(4) Tried to Login and has been asked License Key
(5) I typed in License Key -> was responded as invalid Key
I tried this many times with sim trade account and everything but didn't work.

So
(6) I deleted the following from NT8 config file
<LastMachineId></LastMachineId>
<MachineId2></MachineId2>
<License>
<string></string>
</License>

(7) tried to Login to NT8 and has been asked License Key
(8) I typed in my live account License Key
(9) Then NT8 was activated but got response like, "you logged in from a new computer or something, and was deemed a strange activity, then was mentioned that my License Key is now on Sim mode for security reason".

<Request>
I would need my License Key to be reinstalled a Multi Broker Live Account

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
