Time Lines Using Vertical Drawing Tool

Is there away to link lines together by date if I have multiple lines and move them instead of having to go in and click the calendar for each date on each individual drawing tool? I would like to reduce labor. Essential click a calendar button and all the lines move to the next date at the same appointed times?
