Drawing on the charts

I'm used to draw objects like rectangles, lines etc ... and apply them to other charts. Is there a way to:
- apply only to some charts and not all of them for the same instrument? I see option to apply to all but I can't then remove from a specific chart this that will remove it from all the charts
- apply as a background object/color instead of using opacity? Opacity is ok but still If I will blur what ever are the candles in some of the charts where the timeframe is different . Background drawing/coloring would solve my problems (see pic attached as an example)

You can disable global objects on a particular data series by right-clicking on your chart > Data series > 'Visual' settings > Disable 'Show global draw objects' > OK
