Questionable chart data

My charts don't seem to be displaying price information correctly. There appears to be 2 weeks worth of missing data. I also experienced the lost historical data connection problem earlier today. Could this be related? Any way to resolve this on my end?

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to [email protected] Attn: Dennis and reference this post.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
