Unhandled Exception

When jumping between workspaces I get an unhandled exception:Object reference not set to an instance of an object error. Then all my strategies are lost. What do I need to fix?

I used to have similar problem. Reinstalling windows Framework fixed the problem for me.

Thanks Yakusa but I'm a trader first. No clue how to do reinstall windows framework nor what that even means...lol

It's usually in Control panel, Uninstall software.

If you still see the same, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to [email protected] Attn: Dennis and reference this post.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
