Connection Lost: Cannot connect to Ninjatrader Historical data server

Since yesterday, I could not connect to the historical data server. I am attaching the screenshot. I have sent email about this to platform support, no response yet. I have received some sales and marketing email from NT, but never recieved any email about data server problem. Is it something normal that you don't inform your clients if there is any technical problem? I will wait for your reply. Please note, I have checked all posibilities for a problem in my end, but nothing found.

I have the same problem with Simulated data feed.
Also, I can't download replay files.

Same issue here. Any idea when this will be resolved?

Still I haven't heard anything from NT after I sent them an email. I think, they are not aware of this or there is a big problem which they are not telling us.

              Hello,

              Thank you for using NinjaTrader.

This may have occurred due to weekend maintenance that was happening on our Historical Data Servers.

Do you still see the same today?

If so, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
              • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
              • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
              • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to [email protected] Attn: Dennis and reference this post.
              • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thanks in advance; I look forward to resolving this item.
