No data, chart, time & sales, DOM for YM

The chart for YM won't update and there is no data showing the the time and sales or DOM. Everything works fine for ES and NQ. I've tried the update instruments and rollover in the Database Management but nothing works. Any idea why this one symbol won't update?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

There are a lot of files in both folders and I'm not sure what to send.

Hi,

You can send the whole thing over. NinjaTrader will automatically zip the files and attach them to the email if you use Help>Mail to Support.
