Charts keep loading

Hello,

Any idea why charts keep loading even the connection is success?

I tried to connect to both IB live and paper account, but charts just won't open.

I reopened the NinjaTrader platform and even restarted my computer, but the charts still won't open.

I can get the data feed but the charts keep showing loading status.

I am using Windows 10 and NinjaTrader 8 with IB data feed.

Additionally, please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: ##REQUESTID## ATTN ##ASSIGNED_FIRST##
