Range bar custom size

I see that the new NT8 version limits range bar sizes to round numbers...I use several strategies that work better on for example a 1.5 range bar or .75 range bar. Other than custom programming (assuming that would even work) is there another way to get the range bar size I desire?

It will not be possible to set the size of your range bars to a decimal value.

What is a range bar size that's a decimal?

This is for futures?

how can you go smaller than the tick size?
