    Software hangs after starting up

    Yesterday I upgraded to the latest version of Ninjatrader. No problems then. Now when I start up Ninjatrader it gets stuck while starting up. It loads the charts and connects to real time data with CQG, I can see that on the Market Analyzer. Apart from that the software is stuck.The charts don't update. The CPU is running relatively hard in the way it usually does for a few seconds while staring up. It runs continously in that way and when the mouse cursor is on the ninjatrader Control center all I get from the cursor is the windows blue circle. I can't move any charts. When forcing the software to shut down I can see an error message for a millisecond when the charts close but since it is hidden behind the charts before that there is no way to read it. I have tried to restart. I also tried reinstalling, same thing. Then I tried to install the previous version but I get an error message saying that is not possible due to ninjatrader database issues. Any suggestions?

    Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the locations below.

    Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->log

    Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->trace

    Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, Software hangs after starting up' in the subject field.
