Renko bars price marker are shifted from actual price

Hi,

I'm using a 3rd part indicator for renko bar price range, the indicator is supposed to show the current price as well as the edges of the range, however its piloting on my charts on top of the actual price and it is shifted upward. any idea what this issue could be? other users are using the same indicator and they cannot replicate this issue. thanks for your help

Our ability to troubleshoot third party add-on's would be limited, as we do not have any information on these custom items. However, I'm happy to check the trace files for errors and help to the best of my ability.

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20180109.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
