NT8 won't start

    NT8 won't start

    This morning I tried starting up NT8. First I tried running repair, that didn't help. Then I uninstalled NT8, deleted all workspaces and reinstalled the latest version of NT8 and now I get the control window to appear but the tabs are not responsive. If I select the communications tab nothing happens. Nothing happens when any of the tabs are selected. If I select to close the program nothing happens, a bell chimes. To close the program I have to use Task Manager.

    Please help.

    Also, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to Documents > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
