Chart lines appear scrunched up when accidentally dragging

    Hey guys,

This has bugged me for a while so I thought I'd note it and see if there's a possible way to avoid it.

When I'm scrolling left or right on a Chart using mouse click hold where it turns into a hand and move left and right, I sometimes accidentally click on one of the indicator lines. When I release the mouse button, it scrunches everything to the top of the screen (see attached).

I know of no other way to 'reset' it back to the way it was except to change the Data Series value in the upper left to something else and back to the value that I wanted.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

    Hello PN720,

    Thanks for your post.

A couple of options, use the scroll bar at the bottom of the chart, left mouse click on the bar and drag left/right.
Please see, "How to scroll a chart (panning)" here: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...ng_a_chart.htm

Right mouse click on the chart and select "Properties". In the chart properties window, uncheck "Allow the selection of drag/drop of chart series".

Ok, great, that 'Allow the selection of drag/drop of chart series' did the job. Thank you!
