Hello,

My News Panel is always empty and I don't seem to be able to get any news listed. I tried several filter flavors but nothing changed. Am I missing some configuration/setting?

Thank you for posting.

I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20180107.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

Are the news feeds tied to the account I'm using to connect?

We have not yet received the log and trace files regarding this matter, so I'm not certain what data provider is in use and what the specific connection would be enabled for. Could you please try sending the files again per our previous reply? If too large, the files may need to be separated into multiple emails.

Otherwise, who do you connect to for data?

Sorry about that. I just realized that my Ninja Continuum is not connecting for a "Wrong password" and I do not understand why since I haven't changed anything. Today my account should be funded and I should receive new UN/PW and will try again. In the meantime what do you need from me to double check my current credentials? Does it have an expiration?
