To clarify, I am interested in the Chart Trader function on Ninja Trader. I actually can use Ninja Trader right now through my broker, but I do not have access to the Chart Trader functions. Is there a brokerage in which free access is allowed to Ninja Trader to include the Chart Trader function? Thank you.

Unfortunately, Chart Trader is a feature that is only available with our Simulated Key and our Leased or Lifetime license key. Below is a link to our website that has more details on the types of keys that are available.
