With the new NT8 and IB Unfiltered real-time data, does this mean no more data pacing violation?

Are you referring to the new "enable beta functionality" feature? If so, the following functionality has been implemented for beta.

• Unfiltered real-time data
• Support for linked accounts
• Improved level II data handling
• The equities volume multiplier is now applied to all equities
• Added the ability to remove equities volume multiplier by adding |||||1 to the instruments symbol mapping

The 'pacing violation' when requesting historical data is a limit in the current Interactive Brokers API which restricts the amount of historical data that can be requested at a time by third party applications like NinjaTrader. You can learn more here:

The 'unfiltered real-time data' has more to do with accuracy between real-time and historical data.

As of 8.0.19.0, 'Beta functionality' features are now built-in by default.
