Just coming back to this - thanks for your suggestion, but no I don't think that is the issue (there is no vendor licencing section in the config.xml file, and the vendor has never asked me to do anything via control center/ third party licencing) .

Can I ask - could it be possible I am using a beta version of NT8(?). I understand the addon I purchased will not work on a beta version of NT. Thanks in advance.

Any version of NinjaTrader will allow the use of add-ons, so the issue would still remain with the script/vendor itself
