Switching Contracts on Charts

I run into a problem switching from futures contracts in my charts from the drop down menu. After about 2 or 3 successful changes, I get a chart that loads price range from .000 to .25 or .1. There is nothing on that. I continually have to reboot NT7 & start all over again.

Is there a setting that I am missing? It happens a few times everyday.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
