I currently use IB with NT. IB limits me to having 15 open profit and stop pairs working, which is causing me to move my account.
Does the NT Brokerage have any such limitation?

There are no platform limitations to how many open positions/orders you may have. You would need to speak to a broker for more details about potential limitations on the account-side.
