Cannot close window

I was changing commision in Account properties window.
NT8
Everything is grayed out and I cannot close the window.

Ctrl+W does not work,
Alt+4 does not work,
reset selection does not work,
No combination of selection will work.

I am dead in the water.
I do not want to close the application through the tray icon because I could (again) lose my workspace and create a cascading series of event where (again) I don't trade for days without problems.

Suggestions?

Hello Tripp,

Am I correct the Account properties window also does not close by clicking the X in upper right corner? If so, unfortunately I do not see a different way to shut down NinjaTrader other than from the Windows task bar or Windows task manager.

If you get prompted to save your workspace when you close NinjaTrader, please check if your charts and other windows remain. If so, you can select Yes to save your workspace. If you see that charts and other windows are being closed when you exit NinjaTrader this way, please select No. Because if you would select Yes, it would then save the workspace without the charts.
