Can't Add UB Ultra Bond

I have tried multiple times to add the Ultra T-Bond to the list and instruments. Can someone direct me to the correct way to add this instrument. The letters "UB" will add but cannot get the expiry dates in. It was so easy in NT7. NT8 is impossible on so many levels. Thanks
