broker fxcm problems with volumes and cfd

I DOWNLOAD A DEMO TO TEST THE FXCM CFD WITH THE NINJATRADER PLATFORM 8
WHEN I LOAD THE GRAPHS AND THEN I ADD A VOLUME PROFILE INDICATOR OR FOOTPRINT I DISPLAY ONLY THE VOLUMES SOLD AND NOT THE PURCHASED.
I TESTED WITH THE FUTURES AND EVERYONE SEEMS APPEARING WITH THE CFD NO.
I contacted FXCM's support and directed me to a NINJATRADER PROBLEM.

Order Flow+ tools require bid/ask stamped tick data. FXCM (and all forex/CFD data feeds) do not provide this data to the NinjaTrader platform. You can learn more about what data is supplied to NinjaTrader by each supported data provider in the link below. Specifically for Order Flow+ tools, note the 'Bid/Ask Stamped Tick Data' column:

Also, due to the decentralized nature of forex, there is no last trade price or true universal volume, meaning that any sort of order flow/volume analysis should be taken with a grain of salt. With that said, you can 'work around' your issue by changing the Volume Profile's 'Display mode' to 'Delta' then change the 'Delta type' to 'Up Down Tick'.
